The screen switches to Home or a previous app when I start watching TV (BRAVIA 3 (S30))

To resolve this issue, please perform the software update. For how to update, refer to the How to perform a software update article.

If update is not possible for some reason, try performing a power reset on the TV using one of the following methods:

Restart the TV with the remote control:

1. Press and hold the POWER button on the remote control for about 5 seconds, or until a message Power off appears.
   Note: If the Cancel or Restart screen appears, select Restart.
2. The TV will reboot and turn on automatically after one minute.
   • If the TV does not turn on, press the POWER button.
3. The TV reset is complete.

Perform a power cycle with the power cord (mains lead):

1. Turn the TV off.
2. Unplug the TV power cord (mains lead) from the electrical outlet.
3. Leave the TV unplugged for two minutes.
4. Plug the power cord (mains lead) back into the electrical outlet.
