I can't turn on the BRAVIA 3 (S30) or BRAVIA 2 II (S20M2) TV via the BRAVIA Connect app

Follow these steps to confirm that Remote start is set to On (Powered on by apps):

1. On the remote control, press the Quick Settings () button, and then select Settings.
2. Select Network and Internet.
3. Select Remote start.
4. Select On (Powered on by apps).
   Note: If Remote start is already set to On, select Off once, and then set it to On again.
