There is no picture nor display on the TV screen (With / Without audio)
Before you start:
If the screen goes black, or only the Info banner is displayed, please refer to the No picture or only Info banner is displayed when turning on the TV article.
(Applicable to W8K, X74K, X75K, W8L, X64L, X70L, X74L, X75L, X77L series.)
Try resetting, or updating the TV, etc., according to the troubleshooting steps listed in the Benefits of restarting the Google TV™ or Android TV™ and updating the software article.
Try a solution based on the issue you are experiencing.
If the screen is black and TV is unresponsive:
If the screen is black and the standby indicator is blinking:
If the screen is black and the standby indicator turns off:
If the screen is black and the sensor LED is glowing and blinks after remote command:
The TV freezes or displays a blank screen when streaming video on Android TV or Google TV
Images from a connected device are not displayed:
