I can't register my TV to the BRAVIA Connect app
Check the following:
- Make sure that the Sony | BRAVIA Connect app is updated to the latest version.
- Make sure the TV is turned on during the registration process.
- When a Google Account is not set on the TV, sign in with your Google Account, then complete the set up of the Google TV.
- Connect the TV to a network.
- Check that both the TV and smartphone are connected to the same network.
- If you are using an iPhone or iPad, you will need to allow access to the Sony | BRAVIA Connect app:
- In the Settings menu of the iPhone or iPad, select BRAVIA Connect → Local Network.
- If the issue is still not resolved, there may be a server error. Wait for a moment, then try to register your TV again.
