TV remote doesn’t control connected HDMI devices when TalkBack is on.

The TV does not support Key passing of CEC when the TalkBack feature is enabled. If you want to control a device connected via HDMI, disable the TalkBack feature.

Key passing means that button presses from the TV remote (like volume, play, pause, or navigation keys) are sent through the HDMI cable to control a connected device, such as:- A Blu-ray player
- A soundbar or AV receiver
- A set-top box
