    Unable to use AirPlay and only the loading icon (spinner) is displayed on the TV.

    Unable to playback Apple TV contents on the TV using AirPlay.

    Update your TV software to the most current version available (v60509 or later).

    Note:  To check the current TV software version, on the remote control, press the HELP button. The version will be displayed in the bottom left of the TV screen.

    To perform the update, follow these steps:

    On the remote control, press the (Quick Settings) button, and select  (Settings) — System or Device Preferences — About — System Update.
