    Supported languages and built-in MIC use for compatible TVs

    Use the built-in MIC on compatible TVs to search for content or operate the TV hands-free in supported languages. This article lists the supported languages and explains key limitations, including regional availability, unsupported language behavior, and internet connection requirements.

    Supported languages

    To use voice search or hands-free TV controls with the built-in MIC, set the TV language to one of the supported languages listed below.

    Notes:

    • Depending on the model, only the language used in your region can be selected.
    • The built-in MIC is unavailable when the TV Language setting is set to an unsupported language.
    • If your preferred language is not supported, use the MIC button on the remote control.
    • Using Google Assistant or voice search with the built-in MIC requires an internet connection.
