How do I remove the Stand Arm (SA1 or SA2) from the Stand Base (SB) of my BRAVIA TV?

Use the following steps to remove Stand Arm SA1 or Stand Arm SA2 from the Stand Base (SB).

The illustration identifies the stand components:

• 1: Stand Arm (SA1)
• 2: Stand Arm (SA2)
• 3: Stand Base (SB)

Step 1: Remove the screws

1. Hold the stand securely.
2. Remove the four screws from the stand arm (SA1 or SA2).
   
   • 1: Stand Arm (SA1)
   • 2: Stand Base (SB)
3. Keep the screws in a safe place.

Step 2: Release the locking tab

1. Insert a screwdriver into the release slot.
   • Push the locking tab inward.
     
     • 1: Locking tab (in the release slot)
     • 2: Screwdriver
   • Keep the locking tab pressed.

Step 3: Remove the Stand Arm (SA1 or SA2)

1. While pressing the locking tab, slide the Stand Arm (SA1/SA2) downward.
   IMPORTANT: Do not rotate the Stand Arm (SA1 or SA2) before releasing the locking tab. Rotating the stand arm while it is locked may break the pin.
   
2. Remove the Stand Arm from the Stand Base (SB).
