    What is the Airplane mode and how do I use it in Windows 8?

    The airplane mode on your computer allows you to suspend any signal transmission while still allowing you to utilize your computer.

    1. Launch Charms from the desktop by placing the cursor to the top right hand or bottom right hand corner.
       
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select the wireless icon.
       
    4. Adjust the setting from Off to On within the Airplane mode option.
