When you try to launch the Music player app soon after turning on the Walkman, the app may not open right away. Wait for a moment. If the app screen still does not appear after waiting for a while, follow these steps:
- While the Walkman screen is unlocked, in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen, tap the (Overview button).
- Swipe the Music player app screen up to close the app.
Note: To close all the apps swipe the screen to the left and tap CLEAR ALL.
- Open the Music player app again.
