When I set or remove the headset units from the charging case and close the lid, the red indicator light flashes for about 15 seconds and then turns off

This is an indication that the remaining battery charge of the charging case is low. Connect the charging case with the supplied USB Type-C cable and finish charging the headsets with the cable connected.
