How Does LDAC™ Technology Work?
Put simply, LDAC™ is an audio-coding technology for the transmission of High-Resolution Audio.
LDAC™ is unlike any other Bluetooth®-compatible coding technology out there. It allows you to enjoy High-Res Audio content in exceptional sound quality by transmitting at the maximum transfer rate: 990 kbps. This is approximately three times more data than the conventional Bluetooth®-compatible audio technology, like Low Complexity Subband Coding (SBC), which has a transfer rate of 328 kbps.
The technology supports several transmission rates based on the wireless environment, providing the enhanced listening experience that music lovers crave and that was intended by the artists.
