Question

It takes a long time for playback even though there are only 10 music files in the USB device memory folder.

Answer

This symptom may be due to the USB device memory which repeats the addition and deletion of files. To resolve this symptom,
  1. Please backup your music files on to the computer.
  2. Format the USB device memory.
  3. Transfer your music again onto your USB device.

Note: All data is deleted when formatting is performed on the USB device memory.
