Delivery and installation
If you buy a product from a Sony Store that is larger than you can transport, we can arrange delivery of the product to your home. In addition, we have an authorised set up and installation company available should you require this service.

GST free shopping
Planning a trip abroad? Any product that can be classed as carry-on size and valued at over $250 can be bought GST free at a Sony Store. In fact Sony Style is the only place you can purchase a VAIO notebook GST free.

To do your Tax free shopping at Sony Store, all you need to do is purchase an item at one of the four stores. Upon payment, your Sony Store salesperson will let you know where to pick up your product from, it will then be packaged and sent to the airport. On your way through customs upon departure, simply collect your new Sony product.

Sony Store Gift Card
Sony Store Cards are the perfect gift for that person who has everything. Available for purchase from any Sony Store store, the card can be credited with any amount you choose. Lucky recipients can then use the card in Sony Store stores to purchase any consumer product or accessory. Gift Cards can be used for multiple purchases at different times, but only at a Sony Store store. Please note: Sony Store Gift Cards represent cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
