Sony New Zealand has re-launched its main consumer website today. The sony.co.nz site re-launch includes a general upgrade of product information and support materials, added graphics and technology explanations, as well as taking advantage of features such as Google Maps and a fully integrated Google search (due to launch in the week of 7-11 December) which will make it easier to find products and information within the site.

The sony.co.nz site continues to offer online purchasing for Sony consumer products as well as links to popular sections including the Online Outlet store, Sony Careers, My Sony and the Sony Business Solutions website.

Handy Tips for navigating the new site
Many popular features are available through the Blue-coloured navigation bar at the top of the new design. This includes:

• Products - search current and recent products in the section Browse & Buy  

 

• Dealers - a searchable locator for consumer dealers is available, along with a Professional Dealer list and information about our Sony Style stores in New Zealand, under the section Where to Buy 

 

• Service Centres - a searchable locator for Sony Approved Service Centres is available, along with product FAQs, manuals, and announcements, in the section Support

 

• Current Promotions - current promotions and winners from recent competitions are listed, along with the latest technologies and product catalogues, under the section Experience Sony 

 

• Job ads - current vacancies at Sony New Zealand are listed, along with Sponsorship, Sony History and CSR information, in the section Corporate 

 

RSS Feeds - If you are already subscribed to the Sony New Zealand RSS feed - you will need to update your RSS reader with a new source to match the new site design. You can set this up through the section Press Room. If you are not subscribed but would like to be - you can also get more information about RSS in the same section.
